Ingredients:
- 6-8 medium chicken thighs or chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (4 tsp)
Directions:
- Place chicken in a crockpot
- Combine ingredients for marinade in a small bowl. Stir together to mix well. Pour over the chicken
- Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours (can do low setting for a longer time)
