Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore 6 WIDE

  • 6-8 medium chicken thighs or chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (4 tsp)


  1. Place chicken in a crockpot
  2. Combine ingredients for marinade in a small bowl. Stir together to mix well. Pour over the chicken
  3. Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours (can do low setting for a longer time)
