We’re excited to launch our new 7,000 Steps Challenge designed to get you moving and keep you on track with your fitness goals! Here’s how it works:
Challenge Overview:
Goal: Walk a minimum of 7,000 steps every day.
Duration: The challenge lasts for 30 days beginning September 1st.
Prize: Complete the challenge successfully and earn a special prize! A prize will also be given to the person with the most steps on any given day.
How to Participate:

Track Your Steps. Use a fitness tracker, smartphone app to monitor your daily steps. We recommend an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or your Apple or Android phone.
