Erika is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience including hospital and clinic settings in both the U.S. Air Force and civilian sector. She specializes in weight loss management and holds advanced board certification in Cardiac/Vascular Nursing. Her experience includes bariatric surgery, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, cardiac and neurology procedures, and evidence-based research. Erika has a BSN from Western Carolina University and MSN from the University of Tampa. Erika recently retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve after 29 years of service. She enjoys interior design, crafts, hiking, skiing, and family time.

Kayla is a medical assistant with over 8 years of healthcare experience. She has worked in various different areas from newborn screening, labor & delivery, bariatric surgery, to primary care virtual healthcare and medical weight loss now with Apple-A-Day Virtual Clinic. She enjoys spending time with her family, projects inspired by HGTV, and shopping.
Brandy is a clinical authorization coordinator with 20 years of authorization and healthcare  experience specializing in authorizations for bariatric surgery, general surgery and pharmacy prescriptions. In her free time she enjoys relaxing, watching movies, live sporting events and spending time with her 2 amazing kids and family.
Michael is Erika’s husband, and father to their two children. He has been actively serving in the United States Air Force Medical Service for the past 13 years. Most recently, he and Erika have chosen to transition to the Air Force Reserve. They feel this will allow more time to be devoted to supporting and addressing the issues that impact our valued customers (you).

Laura currently resides in Tennessee with her husband and two children. She holds her bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics and is completing her doctorate degree in administration. Laura has over 10 years experience in management, operations, and human resources. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and finding new adventures.
Michelle graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. She has over 6 years of experience in marketing and is very excited to be a part of the Apple A Day team and promote all the services they have to offer. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
